Disney Vacation

The DiPalma's are back - and in 1 piece!  So I ended up loving where we stayed.  The yacht club was amazing.  This was our room and the view:
Our hotel had a sand bottom pool which is enough "beach" for me!  The kids loved it!!!

Now let me tell you this vacation was work.  And I scheduled a park day and then a pool day and it was still work.  My parents were a huge help!  Were there meltdowns? YES  Were there some ugly bus rides? YES  Were there tears? YES.  But there were also some really sweet moments that make you forget all those.  Seeing the boys in the airport holding hands - OMG!!!
We never slept with Reid before.  HAHA who knew he snores like an old man?  But he is such a snuggler and had to fall asleep on Steve every night.  And that little kid wakes up so darn happy every morning.

It was Pierce's first time seeing fireworks.  He was really trying to stay up because he was so excited!  And he fell asleep I think the moment they were over.

Hubs said (and I agree) back to the Disney cruise next year.  It is just so much more relaxing and the characters are everywhere.  The older boys are really into super heroes and rides so maybe a little jaunt to Universal - we will see.  Anyway I got a lot of family photos and the dinners with the kids were special - even though they ate chicken nuggets for every single meal.  Till next time Disney!

My new best friend

We got rid of our carpet downstairs and I broke up with my dyson.  Sooooooo, meet my new best friend:
I love this thing and it's kinda fun!  When we bought our bamboo flooring, the guy that worked there educated us on hardwood.  And it turns out water is a hardwood floors enemy. So much for my love of pine sol and a big bucket of water :)  He said we would need this and he was right.  Bona makes an entire line of products and they are all amazing.  I got this mop from Lowe's and then saw it at Target cheaper - story of my life.  Anyway, She's pretty great and is getting used A LOT!

And can I just say I am loving the new paint color down here.  The boys (hubs, papa and grandpa) worked all day Saturday and Sunday to paint our new ceilings (F U popcorn ceilings, good riddance) and got the kitchen and family room done.  I did my research on gray paint colors - on pinterest of course :) I read grays can some times look green or brown (muddy) and I did NOT want either of those colors. Pinterest suggested Sherwin Williams Colonnade Gray.  We usually only use Sherwin Williams and we get a discount through our work so it was a no-brainer and I have to say - it is the best gray!!!  Here's a sneak peak:

Obsessed

I am obsessed with Wayfair!!!  I think I have purchased everything, and I mean everything off this website.  Couch, love seat, rug, rug pad, 2 chairs, coffee table, 3 stools, dining room table with chairs and an over the sliding glass door tracking system - phew!!  I guess they do have just what I need hahaha!  That free shipping gets me every time!

I don't know about you but my boys always get messy.  These kids can ruin a shirt in under 5 minutes.  And if I can get the spot off, it leaves a grease stain behind.  Until now.....I found this!
Since finding this stuff, I haven't thrown out a shirt in months :)  It's a mom must-have!!

And this lotion - OMG love!!!  And cherry blossom scent which I love.
