Out of Sorts

I have been feeling kind of blah lately.  And no I am NOT pregnant! haha.  This is unusual for me because I LOVE Fall.  Work has been getting to be too much lately.  I don't know how working 2 more days a month can make such a difference but it does.  Since going to 10 days a month instead of 8 I am behind.  I lose touch with the house.  And then I'm like "when did we run out of milk?" or "who took the last fill in the blank?"  This also leaves me with playing catch up on the weekends which I hate!  So I am hoping something will happen and I can get back to my 2 days per week soon.  Till then I will be trying to snap out of my funk.

I saw a preview of the boys fall pics that were just taken and they came out amazing.  I never used this photographer before but am so happy I did!

Looking forward to our annual Christmas shoot in the beginning of December.

I'm going to blame my blah mood for the reason our next vacation got booked this week.  We decided since we loved our Disney cruise so much we are going again.  We were looking at Beaches Turks and Caicos resort but the age groups for their kids clubs didn't jive with our ages.  Next year for sure!  The cruise is 6 months away and gives us something to look forward to through this cold Buffalo winter.

I took all 3 kids to a Birthday Party yesterday so Steve could get some touching up and painting done in the family room.  These boys are so hard on our walls.  Then since I didn't get a chance to eat at the party, I picked up chicken dinners for the hubs and I.  We are suckers for chiavetta's chicken dinners in the Summer or Fall apparently!  This has kind of become our thing.  It seems like there is one every weekend somewhere in WNY and this one was so close to our house we could smell it.  $10 buys the best lunch ever.

After naps, we grabbed a slice at Ferro's and took the boys to a Fall Fest in Orchard Park.  Brady roasted marshmallows and we all took a hay ride.  P loved the horses, not the smell :)  And then home for bed.

Sunday we met friends at the playground and then had lunch at Ted's.  Home to watch the Bills game and then grocery shopping.  We celebrated a Bills win with a little cherry cobbler, prepared by me.
Just google Pampered Chef Cherry Cobbler recipe - It's so easy!

These weekends go by too fast.  It's time to start another week.  Thank goodness it's only a 2 day week.  Cant wait till Friday and Halloween!!
