Steve's home!

Well for 2 months but we'll take it!!  Hubs finished Micro so we will be enjoying the heck out of Summer now.  He starts back Aug. 29th.  So what's on our list: Queen of Heaven carnival, The secret life of Pets Movie, Camping at Jellystone, The Fair, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, riding our bikes, the beach, picnics, cookouts, ice cream and smore's by the bonfire. That's the kids list.

Steve and I CANNOT wait to go away for a weekend.  Watch - we won't even know what to do with ourselves. Although talking to each other un-interrupted sounds pretty nice.  And so do some cocktails, lounging by the pool and dinner out with just the two of us.  No crayons or whining kids. We are staying at the Tamarack club in Ellicottville.  We are doing the sky high park on Saturday so there's even some adventure thrown in there.  We leave next Friday!

I ordered a new ppb bag.  I know - my youngest is almost 3 for crying out loud.  But I LOVE the 2 side pockets - keys and phone.  I scoured websites looking for a cross body with pockets but came up empty handed.  I am always holding 2 hands so a cross body for this mom is a must-have!  And since I have zero will to potty-train my last child this bag may carry diapers for a while - hahaha.
